This was a project hosted by the University of Houston. Participated as a group of four to address the problem below.

Problem: Our mission is to reach our audience in a personalized way for a more effective way to communicate.

Method: We used InDesign with XMPie to customize different components on the digital postcard, to give the recipient a unique experience.

Statement: Through content object rules, our postcard was curated to match not only every recipient but also to be customized for each student sending it.

Worked in a group of three to create a video game utilizing Unity along with Adobe Photoshop.

I led the character design for 5 characters, including the main character. I designed each character sprite sheet for them and handed them to the programmer to implement.

Characters were designed in Adobe Photoshop, for example. Whole character sprite sheets, backgrounds, items, enemies, world map, and UI/UX utilized an asset created in photoshop correctly spaced for Unity.

Game Summary: A young woman decides that it’s time to return to her hometown after years of living in New York. She pulls into the driveway of her house; her family looks at her like she’s an intruder and reacts to her presence with hostility. What is happening and why are people acting strange? So many questions and more to be answered as you play.

Game summary: It is the future. Humanity has spread out to the stars and magic and technology are one in the same. In this vast new frontier, new kingdoms and empires are established. One of these kingdoms has been at peace for generations, but everything changed when the Goblin-Alien Collective attacked. Lead by the evil tech sorcerer, Jathar, this threat could be the end of the kingdom!
You are a hero of the kingdom-courageous and strong, and when this threat arises, you are the first to take up arms in defense. But the forces of the enemy are stronger than you initially anticipated. You find yourself captured and brought to the Goblin-Alien Collective's dread fortress, located in a treacherous asteroid belt. But you are ever persistent, and your only goal now is simple. Escape, for the kingdom counts on you!
